These terms govern your use of massagespanear.me. By using the platform you agree to them — please read carefully.
1. About the Service
Massage Spa Near Me is a discovery directory connecting wellness seekers with massage spas and wellness centers. We list businesses, display their services and prices, and host user reviews. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a listed business — bookings, payments and services are arranged directly with the spa.
2. Accounts
Business accounts must be created by an authorized representative of the listed business with accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Listings & Verification
Business owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listing content — services, prices, hours, photos and contact details. The Verified badge indicates we have completed a licensing and quality check; it is granted at our discretion and is not a paid feature. Listings that misrepresent services, prices or credentials will be removed.
4. Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine personal experiences. Fake reviews, incentivized reviews without disclosure, review exchanges and competitor sabotage are prohibited. We may remove content that is fraudulent, defamatory, discriminatory or otherwise violates these standards, and may suspend accounts involved.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to scrape or bulk-harvest platform data, misrepresent your identity or affiliation, upload malicious content, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose. Contact details displayed on listings are for making genuine customer enquiries only.
6. Intellectual Property
The platform, its design and its original content are our property. By submitting content (listings, photos, reviews) you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute it on the platform and in promotional contexts. You must own or have rights to everything you upload.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
Listings and reviews are provided by third parties; while we verify what we reasonably can, we do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any listed business or service. The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to AED 500.
8. Changes & Termination
We may modify the service or these terms; material changes will be announced with reasonable notice. You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. Sections that by their nature survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability) continue to apply.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
